We are a Kansas family beef producer specializing in grass fed and grass finishing beef. We offer the same cuts that you will find at your local butcher store including steaks, roasts, brisket, ground beef, stew meat and more. Our beef is processed at a USDA facility and individually packaged and labeled. Our beef is dry aged at least 14 days for tender texture and big flavor!
